Football Star Aaron Ramsey Boosts Reward for Lost Canine in Mexican Territory to £15k

Welsh soccer player Ramsey has raised the reward for leads concerning the lost canine named Halo to $20,000.

The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City midfielder, who currently is with Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, revealed that Halo was observed in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato zone.

the dog, who disappeared on October 9th, was wearing a GPS collar, and Ramsey shared a exact coordinates of her last known location.

"Any information concerning our Halo please contact us. Substantial bounty for finding her. We are all hoping she is safe and can be back to our family quickly," Ramsey posted on Instagram.

Earlier Bounty and Heartfelt Appeals

The footballer first announced that Halo had gone missing two weeks ago and has subsequently uploaded multiple pictures of the beloved dog on Instagram.

A $ten thousand dollar incentive was first announced, but with lack of updates on the dog's status after a seven days, Ramsey and his family doubled the reward.

"Our only wish is our pet back," he stated in an additional appeal on his online platforms after the elderly pet was lost.

The latest picture upload is a grayscale image of Halo napping, its head lying in the crook of Ramsey's arm, with the description: "What I'd do to embrace you again Halo."

Household's Concerns and Context

Ramsey has also circulated a statement from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on social media saying they have several "pressing queries" regarding the incident and fear the family "might not receive explanations".

"To this day we are still searching for Halo. I fear we ever will," the spouse's update read.

The Wales leader signed with Mexico's premier team Club Universidad Nacional earlier this year and had his debut in the Mexican league in August.
